How We Started
What started as a personal health journey quickly grew into a full-blown obsession with flavour, nutrition, and the power of tiny greens.
After months of experimenting in our spare room, we discovered the magic of microgreens—little leaves with bold tastes and incredible health benefits.
Driven by a passion for clean, honest food, Joes Urban Greens was born. With a single shelf and a handful of trays, we began supplying our first customers. Today, our greens are on shelves and restaurant plates across the city, but our values haven’t changed: grow with care, deliver with pride, and always produce the best possible quality greens for our customers.
